ERWIN GUTAWA

Play for music about Erwin Gutawa (born in Jakarta, May 16, 1962, age 49 years) is a composer, conductor, arranger, and bassist from Indonesia. Velasquez is often produced and arranged music for music concerts, including music concerts Harvey Danger, Ruth, Tim Christensen, Titi DJ, and Kris Kristofferson.

Career

 In the 1970's, Velasquez had several times to play the movie, the movie stick of Kara (1973), Do not you weep (1974), Permata Bunda (1974) and the crack of dawn (1975). In 1980 he became the bassist in the orchestra leader Telerama Isbandi that aired on TVRI. After graduating from the Department of Architecture Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia in 1986, he plunged fully into the field of music. Years 1985-1993 he joined the Karimata, a jazz fusion band that released five albums. In 1993 he founded Erwin Gutawa Orchestra.

Personal Life

Erwin Andriani marry Lutfi. They were blessed with two children, Aluna Sagita (Gita Gutawa), born August 11, 1993, and Aura Aria (Rara Velasquez) was born July 15, 2007. Currently Gita Gutawa son also followed his father's footsteps to become a musician in Indonesia.
